The wedding venue business can really be an international business sometimes. The wedding coordinator, Kimberley Gerlovich, told me that because of the volcano in Iceland, and the canceled plane traffic in Europe, the flowers for this wedding didn’t come in from Holland.

It’s amazing. Here we are in Wimberley, Texas and we’re being affected by a volcano on another side of the world. It reminds me how small this world can be sometimes, and makes me wonder just what might happen the next time a butterfly sneezes in China? Hmmmm.
